The Itinerary
While we know this event is a celebration of the big love we were so lucky to find, this event is so much more than that to us. It is a time for our families, who come from two different continents, to be together for some real quality time. It’s a chance for everyone to relax, indulge, laugh, and be merry. It’s a time for our soon-to-be-son to get to share their first experience with the whole family, in one place. For this reason, we see all six days as special days. We’ve come up with a flexible itinerary with some wedding activities but also days for the guests to enjoy their time however they choose.

Welcome Drinks and welcome celebrations
As everyone arrives from their different locations, we’ll enjoy a low key day of relaxing, settling in, and catching up all together, poolside and with a view. The villa manager will arrange a dinner for us that evening, whether at the house or in the city.

August 2, 2022
Beach day & Bonfire at Pangas beach Club
On the afternoon before the big day, we will have a beach day to relax and enjoy the serenity before the real party begins. Guests are welcome to use this time to adventure around the local area, as well. To end the night, we’ll have a large bonfire and dinner at Pangas Beach Club to make the most of the beautiful scenery, weather, and company over toasts and celebrations together. This will be in place and/or act as the reception dinner.

The wedding day
The wedding ceremony will take place on Playa Langosta with a sunset happy hour following just after. Once the sun has set, we’ll make our way back to the Casa El Chante terrace for toasts, dinner, cake cutting, music, dancing, and more.

It’s time to spend the day trekking through the jungle, zip lining, exploring the city and culture, jumping into waterfalls, snorkeling in the sea, or learning to surf. The day will be open to whatever people choose, whether they want to do something all together, in groups, or break up and adventure separately. Farewell Brunch
